Mrs. T.O Abumere
CHAIRPERSON

Mrs T.O Abumere is a seasoned technocrat with a wealth of business administrative experience with well established institutions. She has a Diploma in Accounting, BSC in Business Psychology and M.B.A finance from the prestigious University of Ibadan.
She has worked at the former Bendel Public Service, Home Affairs, Public Service Commission, Bursary department of the University where she handled key/sensitive positions.
Mrs. Otiyeke Fatunde

Oti holds LLB (Hons) from University of Ibadan, LLM in International Business law University of Exeter, MA Human Resource Management from University of Bolton and LLM Employement law from Nottingham Trent University. She started her HR career in 2007 and has since gained extensive HR professional services experience working in various sectors. She is the owner of Anthony Michael HR Consultants a UK based HR firm that provides HR services to companies and worked previously in Outcomes First Group, University of Manchester, Astra Zeneca amongst other top UK firms.
She also works closely with other companies around other parts of the world ensuring that employment and labour laws are adhered to. She not only has an MA in Human Resources Management but also has a Law degree with a qualification in employment Law. Her HR and Law background ensures that she has excellent working knowledge of HR and its ramifications under employment law.
Mr. Iyior Abumere
DIRECTOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

He is the Chief Executive Officer at Carent Oil and Gas with a wealth of experience in geology, geophysics and petroleum economics. He has pioneered innovative, efficient and cost-effective ways of exploring, appraising, developing and producing various hydrocarbon resources in challenging locations such as onshore and offshore West Africa, North Africa and the North Sea.
Iyior has assumed several high-profile positions such as Senior Project Manager at Talisman-Sinopec delivering a multimillion-pound subsea tie back well and providing subsurface inputs to the $500million Tartan redevelopment, Senior Geologist on Shell’s flagship project in Nigeria and as Development Geologist Project Leader at PA Resources in charge of PA’s North Sea, North Africa and West African Assets.
He led efforts in the appraisal, development and management of BP’s largest subsea assets – PSVM and Greater Plutonio. While at BP, he chaired the geoscience community, ensuring subsurface knowledge was transferred throughout the entire organization. He also served as mentor to other geologists of different experience levels and capacity.
As Project Director at Z.A.I.L, he supervised a technical team in delivering a billion-dollar field development plan for a cross block development offshore Angola.
Iyior holds a Master’s degree in Hydrocarbon Enterprise from the University of Aberdeen and a BSC. in Geology from the University of Ibadan
Mr. Ehizuwa Abumere

Mr E Abumere obtained a BSC in Economics from the University of Ibadan and further studied at the University of Sheffield where he was successfully awarded an MBA in Risk and Strategic Management. He is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management UK and also a seasoned International Project Management expert. He has subject matter expertise with work experience covering macro-economic reporting/analysis, economic development policy research (quantitative/qualitative research techniques), systems design, real sector business start-ups, Investment strategies, urban development, organizational management and environmental analysis.
With an MBA and a wealth of public and private sector reforms experience, Ehi provides quality standard management administration to the team having worked in top management capacity both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom which includes institutions like; Eco Bank, Bank PHB, HSBC, Nationwide Building Soceity Uk, Ant Marketing, Planet 1 Entertainment etc
Ofure Obomighie
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
CIMA, AAT, MBA
She has over 18 years of solid Financial Planning, Tax advisory, Financial Modeling, Financial risk and accounting background having worked in Honey Well International which is a Fortune 500 firm company.
She led the team at Accenture that changed the processes and systems for the National oil company in Nigeria (NNPC) and negotiated large contracts with the Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) contract team and won contracts worth billions of naira for Invesys Systems Nigeria Limited.
As Chief Financial Officer she produced the valuation documents and strategic financial projections for Dealdey Limited that won the company $10m investments from Swedish investors.
She is a qualified accountant with CIMA, has an AAT qualification, B.sc Degree in Economics & MBA from Warwick University.
Mr. Olumide Arokodare
VICE PRESIDENT RISK MANAGEMENT

He is an Economics graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with over 10 years’ experience Financial Consulting. His career started in AiQ Capital Management as an Investment Analyst Trainee in 2009. While at AiQ Capital, his extensive experience and exposure while at AiQ Capital Management spanned Financial Advisory, Public Sector Consulting, Risk Management Consulting as well Product Development.
Afterwards, he went on to head the Financial Advisory and Risk Management Department of Ivory Stone Capital Management up until 2013 when he joined Iworld Financial Services Limited as a Senior Analyst.
He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) as well as a Senior Associate of the Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP).
His area of specialty includes Financial Advisory and Capital Raise, Risk Management and Corporate Governance and Restructuring.
Yemi Pitan
COMPANY SECRETARY
He brings to Z.A.I.L a hybrid experience as a dispute resolution expert and a commercial transactional Lawyer with over a decade of active practice experience. He has appeared at virtually all levels of courts from the High Court to the Supreme Court in Nigeria. He has, over the years litigated on a wide range of issues and matters such as Banking, Company law, Land, Intellectual Property, Criminal Law, Companies Proceedings and Election Petitions amongst others. He has advised on a couple of commercial transactions within Nigeria and cross border.
He has acted as Lawyer for both Investor and Investee companies on both domestic and cross border private equity deals. Advised a venture Capitalist on a Multi-Million dollar investment in a virtual health service provider based in Nigeria and California. Yemi is an active member of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is a Notary Public for Nigeria.
